Christina Brecht is a licensed dietitian-nutritionist with over 25 years of experience in the field. She provides counseling for a wide range of issues including weight management, eating disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and food allergies. In addition to her private counseling practice she provides consultation to local businesses, area health and social service organizations and is a member of the faculty at East Stroudsburg University.
