From New Jersey route 80:  East Stroudsburg Exit 308, turn right off of exit ramp.  At the 2nd traffic light turn left onto Ridgeway.  Travel approx.  1/2 mile over little metal bridge and turn right immediately after the bridge onto Crystal Street.  At the first stop sign, the office building will be on your left. 

From PA route 80: E. Stroudsburg Exit 308.  Turn left and follow the directions above.

From Marshalls' Creek  route 209:  proceed  toward E. Stroudsburg, follow route 209 to Washington Street.  At traffic light, turn left, the office building is on the next corner on the right.
